Dear Friends,
Hope you are doing well and are safe!
On the occasion of Children’s Day, we at the Foundation culminated the Child Safety Week which was being observed from 14th to 20th of November.
Child Safety Week is a people-led movement to promote awareness and support collective action towards addressing the issue of Child Safety. In collaboration with organisations like Arpan NGO, Our Voix and ASTHA NGO, various online discussion sessions were organised where our associates and partners interacted with the Child Safety experts. Also, we shared videos across channels to help understand the importance of child safety, understanding the kinds of child abuse, early detection signs, and why children with disabilities are more vulnerable to it among others.
The week also saw activities including poster making and collectively taking the Child Safety Pledge.
While protecting the children around us, let’s continue to cherish the child in us.
Warm regards,
Tech Mahindra Foundation
