Drawing on TMF’s experience of supporting over 100 organizations, TRUSTED aims to provide strategic advisory in the domains of education, skill development, mental health, and disability through need-based training, curriculum development, and impact assessment.

Employability Training Curriculum in Schools, Rajasthan

Creation of an employability training curriculum for students of Grade 9-12 in 6 districts of Rajasthan-Jaipur, Tonk, Udaipur, Dungarpur, Ajmer and Bhilwara. The curriculum is designed to enhance the English and life skills that are required by the students in grades 9 to 12.

Training of the Trainers (TOT) in Blended Learning Approach

Extending training of the trainers (TOT) for better implementation of the employability training curriculum. The TOT will be designed using blended learning formats i.e., it can be delivered either face to face or by using online channels.
