Job Description: 

  1. Shall have clear understanding of all the processes like HR & Admin as well as the all other processes governing a large training institute from Registration to Assessment along with handholding and importance of an Alumni association.
  2. Should have reasonable understanding of commercial functions e.g., budgeting, purchase, finance etc.
  3. Shall be contributing for producing / improving various Policies and Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring compliance thereof at all times.
  4. Shall be responsible for critical areas e.g., Mobilization, Internship and Placement.
  5. Shall be responsible for obtaining Accreditations / memberships of various bodies and renewal thereof in line with the courses being offered.
  6. Shall be responsible for quality of training at the Academy and to strive for enhancing the benchmark to match the international standards.

Job Description:

  1. Handle student enquiries and help them understand the courses offered
  2. Perform counselling & career guidance for interested students by making outbound/inbound calls and in person
  3. Maintaining the leads database and calling the cold leads on regular basis.
  4. Counsel Students /parents on courses offered by the institution and get the enrolments done
  5. Convert prospect into admissions by sharing all the required information of the courses offered and the career prospects associated with each of them

Job Description: 

  1. Create lesson plans/curriculum for Soft Skills Training to the students.
  2. Facilitates day-to-day classes to assist students in gaining knowledge and required soft-skills knowledge and Communication skills.
  3. Constantly monitors and updates the quality of training and curriculum from time to time.
  4. Track student progress and give them feedback.
  5. Create and conduct assessments and extra classes for weaker students.
  6.  Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
  7. Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.

Job Description:

Admin -

  1. Issuance of instructions /Advisories/Notices/Updates to various desk/departments based on TMF Directives /directions from Director Operations from time to time.
  2. Initiative process of admission of student’s master roll, student’s data.
  3. Verify credential of education qualification/certificates of applicants, will also obtain a certificate from candidate that he/she is not involve in any legal/criminal case.
  4. Collate any administrative/Disciplinary inputs received from Dean academics and update record sheet.
  5. Update Finance desk to collect necessary fees from selected applicant
  6. Issue identity card/admit card to newly enrolled students
  7. Issues attendance register to nominated class teacher/tutors of the assign courses. Monitor attendance of student and compile master data sheet
  8. Maintain staff attendance registers
  9. Received all equipment’s/stores/stationeries purchased by academy and take on the Ledger stock.
  10. Issue equipment’s/ stores/ stationaries to various departments entities as per requirements/direction.
  11. Carry out quarterly/annual stock taking board of all property/equipment to identify loss breakages/ abnormal wear and tear. A member staff from the respective departments which hold the responsibilities.
  12. Handing/Taking over of assets within the departments between staff to be coordinated by admin.
  13. Schedule meetings, appointments, interviews counselling of staff/ students with the Director.
  14. Liaison with the staff of local governing body, local Police, counsellor for solving external issues if any.
  15. Liaison with electricity departments, water supply board, local vendors for constant supply of expendables.
  16. Monitor the internal administration desk (Coordination with other departments and staff record
  17. Monitor safety and security of the establishments.

Accounts -

  1. Maintain books of accounts adhering to the accounting standards.
  2. Maintain accounting vouchers with all supporting documents systemically and in an organized manner to facilitate audit and inspection by internal or outside agencies.
  3. Ensure compliance with provision of law on TDS, GST etc., and to submit timely information to the Foundation facilitating on time filing of various tax returns.
  4. Periodic reconciliation of bank accounts.
  5. Periodic reconciliation of vendor accounts.
  6. Responsible to collection of fees from students and deposit into the Banks.
  7. Submission of periodic reports to the Foundation as per financial MIS.
  8. Facilitate audit of accounts by internal and / or external agencies.
  9. Monitor the cash flow, budget, and inventories.
  10. Inform Director of any possible excess over the budgetary allocation reasonably in advance so that budgetary allocations are not exceeded.
