The flagship employability program of the Foundation is the Skills-for-Market Training or the SMART Program. The SMART program started in 2012 with three centres and trained 350 youth in the first year. The program is expanding to provide skill development training to young men and women across 11 different cities in India. It has been able to successfully plug the demand and supply gap in multiple manufacturing and service industries. The Foundation has been implementing the SMART program by establishing a network of Centres and Academies – both directly and through other partner implementing agencies. Know More
