The biggest success indicator of our employability program is the number of young graduates gainfully placed. It gives us immense pleasure to share with all of you that 75 SMART graduates from Hyderabad were selected to work in Westside with a decent salary including incentives. This has been the single largest hire in one day by an employer.

When SMART Hyderabad team received a call from HR Westside on the manpower requirements, they quickly sprung into action. The training was quickly modified according to job requirements and career prospects. Students were given mock interviews and a total of 110 students were interviewed by Westside.

“I was scared as I was facing an interview for the first time but the mock session with the Foundation team gave me the strength to speak,” says Sabina, a SMART Graduate.

110 candidates with their resumes from 9 SMART centers in Hyderabad gathered at the venue for interviews. Out of the 110 candidates, 75 were selected.

The selected candidates were super excited.  “Now, I will click a selfie with the first cheque,” said Suresh with a smile.

And for all of us, there can be no greater moment of pride than to know that Viral Mehta, the HR from Trent-TATA appreciated our SMART graduates, “The candidates were very sharp and well trained, ”he stated. Well done team TMF, Hyderabad!
