“Since October 2015, the Ingraham Institute Society is working with Tech Mahindra Foundation (TMF) to improve the technical expertise as well as professional qualification among the underprivilege candidates and make them entrepreneurs. Together, we are offering two technical courses i.e. CNC and Basic Electrical Technician as per the modern industries’ requirements. Every year, approximately 180 students get trained through these courses, out of which 90% get placed in government / private industries. I am happy to share that presently, TMF is cohesively working with Voltas & Ingraham Institute Society together in 3 projects to provide technical training and benefit marginalised students in the local community.
