I belong to a family of Electricians. Though I know wiring procedures but I lacked the knowledge of the science and math that works behind those procedures. After enrolling in the Electrical Technician course at the BCT TMF SMART- T Autonagar Centre, I got trained by Asheeb sir. Now, I know the logical concepts hidden in wiring procedures and have also acquired strong knowledge related to Industrial Automation. Currently, I am working as a maintenance technician in Igloo Frozen Foods Pvt Limited. I am truly thankful to the training I received from SMART T Centre that will always be foundation for my success in my career.

I was always fascinated by engineering and technology with much interest in practical learning. I was fortunate to be a part of training at SMART Technical Autonagar Centre. This Centre ensures the skill development of the youth through short-term training on a particular job role which has demand in the industry and provide job once the student completes his course successfully. I enrolled here for the Fitter Mechanical Assembly course and the training has helped me to enhance my skills, which was crucial for getting a job in Synergies Castings Ltd.

I belong to a family of Farmers from West Godavari District and was on a personal trip to Visakhapatnam, when I attended demo class at the BCT TMF SMART Technical Autonagar Centre. I was impressed with the training, I enrolled for the Electrical Technician course. Through this training, I have got a self confidence in me with the right knowledge and skills. Because of the guidance from SMART T team, I am now earning decent salary as a technician in Medha Servo drives, Hyderabad.

I came to know about the BCT TMF Dwarakanagar SMART Centre through my friend and enrolled under the ITES Batch Number-5124 (Student ID:240495) in the year 2020-21. I have attended many skill development programs at different institutes but dropped out as I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of training and. But, here at this Centre, I have learned right skills and got certified. BCT TMF Dwarakanagar is the best place for training and placement assistance related centre in Visakhapatnam. Here, I was not only trained, certified but got best placement assistance to be placed in WNS Global Services.

One of my friends told me about BCT TMF SMART Dwarakanagar institution and I enrolled here for the 3 months course. During my training period, I really enjoyed learning with the trainers and teammates. Initially, I was scared to express my views but the trainers motivated and supported me to shape my goal. The trainers taught us using simple techniques and multiple activities. The way our trainers treated and motivated us is really awesome. We got to learn in a friendly environment to move towards my career goal. Currently, I am working in Infosys and I am truly thankful to the faculty here, who have been our guiding force even during the lockdown. Although, saying thanks is just not enough, yet I express my heartfelt thanks to BCT and TMF for running this SMART Centre.

I enquired about the courses and training provided at this SMART Centre and got each and every response from Shaik Meera sir. So, me and my sister enrolled for the course in batch- 5835. On the very first day of joining, we were welcomed as a family member. After completing my three months course I realized that it was the best platform to learn and get skilled. I really appreciate all the faculty members for their valuable support and encouragement. I learnt typing here and achieved a speed of 35 WPM. I am extremely happy with the results. With the support of placement assistance team, my sister and I got placed in IPMG company. I hope that BCT TMF SMART Dwarakanagar reach new heights and will keep helping youth in need. Joining the BCT TMF SMART Dwarakanagar Centre proved all of my apprehensions wrong among others. It majorly focuses on the quality of training. After joining the course at BCT- TMF SMART Dwarakanagar Centre, I have improved my soft skills, technical knowledge and confidence in public speaking. I got to know about the BCT TMF SMART Gajuwaka Centre from a friend of mine. Prior to joining this Centre, I was working as Java Developer but during COVID, I had to leave that job. Then, I joined another organisation as Customer Associate but I wasn’t satisfied with my career path. So, I decided to enrol at the SMART Centre and started my training. Within a month, I learned a lot, right from the interview skills, and leadership qualities, to behave in front of others and in a work environment. The trainers were very friendly and motivated us at every step. With the right guidance and efforts from the placement team, I appeared for an interview and bagged a job as Customer Associate in IPMG India LLP. Today, I am drawing a decent salary and working towards my long-term goal. Thank you, BCT and TMF team for their consistent support. I came to know about Tech Mahindra Foundation SMART Centre through social media. It is an institution that provided skills learning opportunities to the graduates that eventually help them to get a job. Even during the pandemic, we continued learning through online classes. Also, with the right training and skills I could get a job to support my family. With support from the expert faculty and centre manager, I got to build confidence and leadership quality in my personality. I used to have an illusion that free courses will not be so effective but now I have realised that the courses offered here are better than the paid course. This course helped me a lot to pursue skills for my career as a Remote Process Executive Trainee.
