Pooja had to discontinue her education after completing class 12 as her parents could not afford further education. Her father who is a farmer was the sole earning member of the family. Since her childhood, she had seen her father working very hard to provide for the family and she wanted to earn well and share some of his burdens. She came to know about TMF SMART Centre in Bengaluru through a mobilization drive in her community.

After completing her vocational training, she got a job in a leading organization as a Trainee Accountant. She says that “Joining the TMF- Nirmal Jyothi SMART Centre has been the turning point of my life. Today I have no problem in communicating with others, and I feel quite confident in my work.” Today she is happy in her job and is also supporting her family.
