A P Shanth Kumar always wanted to work in Design and Development after finishing his degree in 2019. He started his career at Tech Mahindra BPO as an Analyst, where he worked for a year.
Driven by his passion for designing, Shanth Kumar decided to learn more. He joined the ‘UI/UX Developer’ course at Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Digital Technologies in Visakhapatnam. Here, he learned to use tools like Figma, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap.
His hard work paid off when he got a job as a Designer at DigiWoM with an improved pay scale. Shanth Kumar’s story shows how upskilling and working hard are the keys to success in today’s competitive landscape.
