Story of Growth as an Allied Healthcare Professional 1

Khushi

Placed at Sri Balaji Action Hospital

Khushi is a determined young girl whose father works as a driver, the sole earner in the family. Aspiring for financial independence, Khushi actively searched for a suitable career after completing 12th grade. She discovered Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Healthcare’s courses and career opportunities. She enrolled in the Diploma in Dialysis Technician course. She also completed her on-the-job training at Sri Balaji Action Hospital.

She would be soon accepted at the same hospital. Khushi’s career journey has also encouraged her friends to pursue similar opportunities through Tech Mahindra Foundation’s skill development programs.
