Srashti’s Career Transformation with Delhi Healthcare Academy

Srashti comes from a middle-class family and faced financial challenges growing up. Her circumstances pushed her into an early marriage, and she faced domestic violence. Despite these hardships, Srashti chose not to give up on life and decided to build her career.

She learned about Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Healthcare in Delhi which offered courses and placement opportunities. She enrolled in the GDA (General Duty Assistant) course and successfully completed the on-the-job training. Later, she secured a placement at the well-reputed Max Hospital.
