Dialysis Technician at Civil Hospital, Panchkula

Narinder Kumar is a very charming and polite young man who struggled to meet ends with odd jobs to support his family and add to his father’s gardening income. He came to know about the SMART Academy for Healthcare in Mohali through his friends which ignited his dream to get into the healthcare industry with all the prerequisite skills.

His family conditions were quite stressed but with support from the Tech Mahindra SMART Academy, he was able to complete his two-year course in on-the-job training and become a Dialysis Technician. Narinder initially was not a goal-oriented student but over time became focused and learned good communication skills which complemented his charming self and good behaviour, increasing his career prospects.

Narinder is a confident young professional today and his family and wife are proud of his achievements. He aspires to save and have his independent setup soon.
