Process Associate at Anion Healthcare Services
Shashikala lost her parents at an early age and was moved to a shelter home by her relatives. After completing her graduation, she started selling vegetables with her brother. Instability was still persistent in her life as she was unable to find an appropriate job and she felt skeptical about building her career. However, APSA Habsiguda – SMART Centre in Hyderabad came in her life like a ray of hope. After completing a certification course in Medical Coding at the SMART Centre, she got selected in Anion Healthcare Services as a Process Associate. “My sincere thanks to Tech Mahindra Foundation for providing such great opportunities for the needy youth. I feel confident and the organization feels like a family” says Shashikala.
Many women like Shashikala need the right skill development program to become independent and confident individuals.
