Asad, is a resident of Delhi whose father is a labourer, mother, a housewife and an elder sister who studies. Meagre earnings made it difficult for his family to make ends meet. After passing XIIth, and with no one to guide, he joined a call-centre for 2 months but the employer did not give him his salary. In the hope to do a job-oriented course and make a living, he enrolled himself into Customer Relationship and Sales course at the SMART Centre. After multiple interviews he made it to Mobikwik as a Key Account Executive but left due to lack of confidence.
He was determined to transform himself and to enhance and upgrade his skills joined the SMART centre again to learn soft skills. This time he got placed with Miniso Lifestyle and is earning well to support himself and his family. Asad is very happy with his own progress and the opportunities within the company.
