Many graduates feel insecure and incompetent to meet the demands of a competitive job market due to the lack of appropriate skills. Vocational training can change their lives by skilling them for the jobs currently in demand. Palle Jyothi and Palle Mamatha have a similar story. The two sisters were searching for jobs after completing their graduation but they couldn’t find an appropriate employment opportunity matching their skills and aptitude. Coming from a middle-class family, their father could barely make ends meet with his single income and uncountable debt. However, after undergoing the four months Medical Coding training at APSA Habsiguda – SMART Centre in Hyderabad, Mamatha got selected in “ELICO” and Jyothi in “Med Converge” as a Process Associate.“I knew that my daughters have a lot of potential and I am very happy to see them flourish with jobs in such reputed companies,”, says P. Nagaiah (their Father). Vocational training courses have come to rescue young women to find employment and become self-reliant and provide financial support to their families.
