Hope Means Light!
Krishna Pradhan
Supported through Tech Mahindra Foundation’s partner - Sri Nrusingha Dev Anchalika Yuba Parisada (SNDAYP) in Odisha
Sometimes, a little help in time can change the world around a person!
Krishna Pradhan is a 4-year-old child from Mulaalasa Village of Satyabadi block of Puri district in Odisha. He is suffering from Spastic Cerebral Palsy. His father is a farmer and mother, a house maker.
Due to his medical conditions, little Krishna could not even sit or stand earlier. He could not even lie down on his own as he also had difficulty in hand-eye coordination. As he came across with Tech Mahindra Foundation’s partner Sri Nrusingha Dev Anchalika Yuba Parisada (SNDAYP), he started participating in centre-based activities and receiving therapy support from the team. Their regular interventions helped him to improve, gradually.
Soon after, Krishna’s mobility started showing progress. Presently, he can sit without anyone’s support and is also developing better hand-eye coordination. He can stand with the support of calipers and walk through a parallel railing bar.
We wish you achieve great success in your life, little one!
