Himanshu Rajora faced a career dilemma after completing his 12th grade. Then, he discovered Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Healthcare, Delhi which was offering skill development courses in healthcare and placement support. He decided to enroll in the Diploma in Dialysis Technician (DIDT) program and successfully completed it. He took up on-the-job Training at Jaypee Hospital, where his skills shone, earning him a job offer just six months into his training.

Now employed at Jaypee Hospital, Himanshu frequently recommends Tech Mahindra Foundation’s Healthcare Academy to his friends in pursuit of career opportunities.
