Harshada’s Career in Healthcare Takes Off with Support from TMF 1

Harshada, always a bright and hardworking student, dreamt of a successful career. Seeing her auto driver father and homemaker mother’s struggles to support her since childhood, she was determined to stand by them. After completing her Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science, Harshada was looking for opportunities in the Healthcare Sector.

The Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Healthcare, Mumbai offered an exciting prospect with the SMART Academy’s Radiology Technician Course. She eagerly joined the course in March 2022 and gained extensive exposure with training, and faculty support at the Tech Mahindra Foundation-run SMART Academy. An internship at Apollo Hospital further enhanced her expertise in the field. This soon led to a job offer at a Diagnostic Centre in Thane soon after the internship.

With support from the SMART Academy, Harshada’s hard work, and dedication have paid off. Now, she is financially supporting her parents, bringing smiles to both of them!
