Fulfilling aspirations through hard work

Ponjayasuriya, aged 21, hails from Muggappair, Chennai. Her Father works in a printing press and her mother is a homemaker. She wanted to get a job in a reputed organization and support her family. She was referred to TMF SMART Perambur center to pursue a Tally course by the Bakthavatchalam Memorial College Placement team. Once she visited the centre, she became very excited to join the course.

During her training, she was quite inquisitive and actively took help from the trainers to further develop her skill set. After completing her training successfully, she got a job as a Tally Operator at one of the leading delivery service providers. Today she is earning well and is supporting her parents and siblings. With economic independence, she has also become much more confident. Thanking Tech Mahindra Foundation, Perambur says, “I managed to get hold of my life by joining the SMART Perambur centre, where my aspiration to be a successful working woman took shape . I want to thank TMF Team for trusting me and helping me reach my goals.
