Shraddha Umakant Aher

Trained at TMF SNDT SMART Centre, Pune

In life, when one door closes, another door opens. So, we should not regret long upon the closed door and focus on the one that has opened for us. This is the story of Shraddha Umakant Aher, the founder of Rajmudra. Shraddha comes from a family of four, where the only source of income was her father’s pension. She joined TMF SNDT SMART Centre in Pune and travelled almost 30 km (one side) daily for her training. After completing her course, she was placed at an Accounting firm with a decent salary.

With her job and a recent promotion, she purchased a new house on EMI, and it was truly a great achievement for Shraddha. Her dreams of having financial stability in her life got shattered during the pandemic. Shraddha lost her job and the EMI became nightmares for her. She tried her best to get a new job but due to the unprecedented times, she was offered displeasing salary packages. But instead of giving up hope, Shraddha decided to start something on her own. With her training at the SMART Centre on GST and Auditing, she started her own GST Service Centre at her home to analyse the market response and test her capabilities.

To her great surprise, she received an overwhelming response and she proved herself capable of it. Initially, she started with four clients and slowly her business grew. Today, she is the proud founder of Rajmudra, and she has started her own office on rent and has empowered four more girls by offering them internship in her firm.
