Education Leads to Independence!

Eswar Amjuri has always been passionate about his career. His aspirations included a dignified future and a happy family. The financial constraints at home were a challenge for him but it didn’t deter him to stop trying.
After completing his graduation, he came across the BCT TMF SMART Dwarakanagar Centre in Visakhapatnam. Without thinking twice, he joined the Centre. In the hope to achieve his life goals, he completed his skill training with flying colours.
His dedication and passion brought him to bag the position of Data Process Associate at IPMG. With excitement, he started his new journey. This was the time when the pandemic hit the country and it induced a lockdown. Like many other professionals, Eswar also continued working from home. When he resumed working from the office after the lockdown, he put all his hard work and sincerity into his responsibilities at the workplace. In no time, his milestones were noticed by his seniors and he got promoted to Team Leader with a decent increment in his salary.
Even after working for a long, Eswar is still attached to the Centre. He often visits the team to interact with his juniors and motivate them.
