Disability Inclusion

Disability inclusion is at the heart of Tech Mahindra Foundation’s work, woven into every initiative we undertake. Following a life-cycle approach, we focus on early detection, skill development, accessible education, and empowering PwDs through innovative programs and community partnerships.

Hearing Impairment Projects

Hearing Impairment Projects include early screening and detection, speech therapy, inclusive school education, higher education support, and vocational training for sustainable employment for persons with hearing impairment.

Visual Impairment Interventions

Visual Impairment Interventions focus on eye health awareness, assistive technology for accessible learning, inclusive education, and vocational training for independent livelihoods.

Projects for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities

Projects for persons with Intellectual Disabilities offer functional academics, therapy-based learning, pre-vocational training, and skill-building initiatives to promote workplace inclusion and self-reliance.

Mission VISION

TMF’s Mission VISION has trained 500+ MCD school teachers, enabling them to screen over 15,000 children for visual acuity, fostering better eye care and early intervention in schools.

The Ability Network (TAN)

The Ability Network connects PwDs, caregivers, and service providers, simplifying access to essential services and resources, catering to diverse needs for inclusive development.
