SMART Academy

Since May 2016, the Foundation has been running SMART Academies with the intent to offer advanced and longer-term courses in some specialised vocations. At present, we have twelve Tech Mahindra SMART Academies including five SMART Academies for Healthcare, three SMART Academies for Digital Technologies and four SMART Academies for Logistics.

SMART Academy for Healthcare

Tech Mahindra SMART Academies for Healthcare in Delhi, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune & Mohali train youth with hands-on paramedical skills, expert trainers, improving care & job opportunities for the youth.

SMART Academy for Logistics

Tech Mahindra SMART Academies for Logistics in Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam train skilled logistics professionals. They offer courses in logistics, supply chain, English, soft skills, and personality development.

SMART Academy for Digital Technologies

Tech Mahindra SMART Academies for Digital Technologies in Delhi, Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam train youth in job-ready digital courses, web design, and employability skills, preparing them for the fast-growing digital tech sector.

A single mother from Mumbai, Raksha, was keen for opportunities to become independent. She enrolled in the General Duty Assistant Course at the Healthcare Academy, Mumbai. With perseverance and hard work, she got a job as a Patient Care Assistant at the Holy Family Hospital in Bandra. Raksha is now supporting her family and funding her 4-year-old daughter’s education.
