The 15th edition of Saajhi Samajh was held on Wednesday, 26th November, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
This will be an interactive session designed for paramedics, healthcare workers, frontline workers, emergency care assistants and other stakeholders from the healthcare sector, along with employers, to make the workplace more sensitive.
This will be a part of the “Saajhi Samajh” (Shared Understanding) series of webinars organized by Tech Mahindra Foundation. It will feature expert speakers who will discuss various aspects of coping mechanisms, awareness, training, and stress management as well as their psychological impacts.

Dr. Shirisha Sathe is a seasoned clinical psychologist and BAMS-qualified health professional with nearly four decades of experience in the field of mental health and wellness. She earned her BAMS (University of Poona) in 1987 and an MA in Psychology (SNDT Women’s University) in 1998. Dr. Sathe specialises in therapeutic interventions for emotional resilience, relationship counselling, and preventive mental health care, and is also known for her contributions to public awareness on coping strategies and life-skills.

Dipti Sundar Mohanty is the Founder & CEO of Clino Health Innovation and the driving force behind its flagship service, Mo Ambulance- a tech-enabled emergency healthcare response system recognised across India and Singapore. With a decade of leadership at the intersection of public health, project management, and clinical study design, she has forged strategic partnerships to scale impactful grassroots interventions. His mission: to close critical gaps in emergency care access, particularly in underserved regions, through innovation, operational excellence, and community-driven solutions.

Dr. Neeraj Jha is the Founder and CEO of Hanuman Care. He is a dynamic healthcare professional with over two decades of experience in hospital operations, quality management, and emergency healthcare innovation. He is best known for creating Hanuman Care-an EMS-tech startup that is transforming emergency response in India through digital solutions, including e-rickshaw ambulances and long-distance train ambulance services. Dr Jha is NABH Assessor, and former NITI Aayog consultant and has also planned and established multiple hospitals in Bihar.
