SMART+ aims to find the appropriate employment
opportunities for our country’s differently-abled
youth. Together with exposure to the tailored

curriculum and rich resources of the SMART+
courses, students are provided with required

hands-on training. The program also establishes
placement linkages to promote the hiring of persons
with disabilities. Along with gainful employment, the
