Vineet Nayyar


Mr. Vineet Nayyar is the Executive Vice Chairman of Tech Mahindra. An accomplished leader, he has led several organizations across industries, creating high performance teams and successful businesses. In a career spanning over 40 years, Vineet has worked with the Government of India, international multilateral agencies and in the corporate sector (both public and private). He started his career with the Indian Administrative Service and held a series of senior positions, including that of a District Magistrate, Secretary - Agriculture & Rural Development for the Government of Haryana and Director, Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India. Vineet was also the founding Chairman and Managing Director of the state-owned Gas Authority of India and has served as the Managing Director of HCL Corporation Ltd., and as the Vice Chairman of HCL Technologies Ltd. He was also a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of HCL Perot Systems. He received a master’s degree in development economics from Williams College, Massachusetts.Vineet was awarded the Ernst and Young ‘Entrepreneur of the year [Manager]’ for the year 2013.


CP Gurnani


An accomplished business leader with extensive experience in international business development, start-ups and turnarounds, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, CP led Tech Mahindra's transformation journey, and one of the biggest turnarounds of Indian Corporate History - the acquisition and merger of Satyam.
His inimitable style of leadership, combined with his sharp focus on customer experience has helped Tech Mahindra emerge as one of the leading digital IT solution providers of India.
In a career spanning 36+ years, CP has held several leading positions with Hewlett Packard Ltd, Perot Systems (India) Ltd. and HCL Corporation Ltd. CP has also served as a Chairman of NASSCOM for the year 2016-2017. An outstanding people manager, CP has an entrepreneurial style of management that is a blend of enthusiasm and dynamism. He has always focused on people's strength to bring out the best in them. 'Work hard and play hard' is his motto and he applies it to all aspects of his life with complete passion.
A chemical engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, he is a distinguished and active alumnus of the Institute. CP has also been felicitated with an honorary Doctorate degree by Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology. He also serves as active Chairman of IIM Nagpur.
CP has been chosen as the Ernst and Young ‘Entrepreneur of the Year [Manager]’, CNBC Asia’s ‘India Business Leader of the Year’, Dataquest ‘IT person of the Year’ - in 2013 and Business Standard ‘CEO of the Year’ in 2014. He was also awarded the ‘Best CEO of the Year’ at the Forbes India Leadership Awards held in 2015. Recent addition to the bucket was ‘Asia One Global Indian of the Year - Technology’ in 2016. CP was also listed among the top 100 global CEOs as part of The Wall Street Journal CEO Council 2016.

Ulhas Yargop


Ulhas N. Yargop is a Director of the Company. Ulhas joined the Mahindra & Mahindra Group in 1992 as General Manager - Corporate Planning. In 1994, Ulhas was appointed General Manager, Mahindra-Ford Project. Since 1999, Ulhas has been the President for Telecom and Software Sector and a member of the Group Management Board.He holds a B.Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School.


M Rajyalakshmi Rao


M. Rajyalakshmi Rao holds an MBA in Marketing and MS (Advertising) from the University of Illinois, Urbana- Champaign, USA. She has served as a full-time member of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Government of India. She is the author of two books on consumer movement - Consumer Is King and Consumer Rights and You. She has also served as a member of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Committee on Customer Service in Banks. She has been a member of the Film Censor Board and the President of the American Alumni Association in Mumbai.

Loveleen Kacker


A leader with vision, skill and accomplishment, Loveleen has worked with governments, institutions and organizations, in important roles that involved high stakes, large budgets and diverse teams. She brings in over three decades of planning and administrative experience, from a number of senior roles that she played in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).She has expertise in the areas of child education, child nutrition and child protection, and has worked for more than a decade in social sector ministries and departments. Loveleen took over the reins of Tech Mahindra Foundation as the Chief Executive Officer in 2012 at a crucial moment of time, when Tech Mahindra was undergoing a major transformation and expansion. In less than three years, Loveleen transformed the Foundation's work. With her vision for an educated and skilled India, Loveleen redefined the Foundation's CSR policy and repositioned its work into two key areas – education and employability. Loveleen is an accomplished writer with numerous publications in child welfare, art and culture to her credit.
