The SMART+ programme offers training to youth with disabilities. In the year 2016-17, the SMART+ programme will train more than 1,800 youth with different disabilities.
After the overwhelming success of the SMART programme, the SMART+ programme was launched in 2013 to include youth with disabilities. A specially designed curriculum plus well-equipped classrooms enable effective communication in classrooms so as to enable youth with disabilities to learn.

• Spoken English
• Workplace Readiness
Sector specific domains that we train in:
• Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
• IT-Enabled Services (ITES)
The Foundation runs 11 SMART + centres at 8 locations - Benguluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
