Chetan has been working with the social development sector for more than two decades. His motivation and commitment to help improve the lives and futures of individuals and institutions across all sectors through education led him to found Edulever in August 2009 and Agrasar in February 2011. Earlier, Chetan was with the American India Foundation (AIF), working as the Regional Head of the Digital Equalizer Program (bringing usable technology to education) and with Pratham where he worked extensively in the field of primary education, heading programs in Delhi and then in North India. Chetan has an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
Ritu has been working in the social sector for over twenty years. She started her career in the rural echelons of Madhya Pradesh with organic farmers and their communities. Closely connected with the grass root and the ground realities, Ritu derives her inspiration from there. Ideating, innovating and implementing new programs to empower children through education and women through livelihood promotion programmes is her forte.
Jose K Kurian
Jose has been working in the disability sector for over 16 years. He has worked with National and International organisations supporting the Disability programme. He has managed different disability projects promoting inclusion and rights of persons with disabilities. At Tech Mahindra Foundation Jose works with the Senior Management team to support the disability programme.
Head, Direct Implementation Programmes
Sajid is currently leading the direct implementation programmes of Tech Mahindra Foundation. He has worked in the social development sector in across multiple areas for more than a decade, including micro-finance, sustainable agriculture, teacher education, skills development and vocational training education. He holds a degree in Agriculture from the Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar and a degree in Rural Management from the prestigious Institute of Rural Management, Anand. His efforts were recognised by the World CSR Congress in 2016, which named him one of the 50 Most Impactful Social Innovators (Global Listing).
Ulka brings to Tech Mahindra Foundation experience in digital media, publishing, writing and editing. She manages communication strategies and implementation for the Foundation. She holds a Research Master in Literary Studies from the University of Amsterdam and has previously taught English in Paris, and Creative Writing in Bhutan, and has recently published a children's book. At Tech Mahindra Foundation, Ulka works with the senior management and the Foundation teams across India.

She is a Graduate from Bihar University with more than 12 years of experience with Avon, Birla Sunlife and NIIT. Roopa is the Foundation's go-to person for all kinds of administrative and support functions. The always cheerful Roopa is also an IRDA-certified Insurance Advisor.
Administration & Finance
An MBA in Finance with a plus certification in Industrial Accountancy from ICA, he is also pursuing a course in Company Secretary from ICSI. Vikas’ previous assignments were with Sitaram Bhartiya Institute of Science and Research and CMS. A person with a keen eye to detail, he excels at micro and macro managing the systems and processes of accounting at TMF.

A Masters in Social Work from AMU, Sayeed in his professional career has worked with many prestigious organisations. He started his career with Dr Reddy’s Foundation, Hyderabad and moved on to YMCA, AADI, Navjyoti India Foundation, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation during the later years.

Nidhi's Journey with an internship at TMF. She is a physiotherapist by profession and has done Bachelors in Physiotherapy from Amity University. She worked for a while with few hospitals and clinics as a Physiotherapist. However, the desire to work for people and create a larger impact in society made her to switch from healthcare to social sector.
