Keshub Mahindra is the Chairman Emeritus of the Mahindra Group. He retired from his position as Chairman, Mahindra Group, on 9 August 2012 after heading the Group for nearly five decades, handing over the position to his nephew, Anand Mahindra. Keshub Mahindra is known for his various philanthropic efforts. He is a proponent of good governance and ethics and has stated his views in several publications and forums, including in an interview for the Creating Emerging Markets project at the Harvard Business School, during which he talks about the Group's evolution into a global business group and his determination never to compromise on high ethical values. He is a graduate from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, US. He joined Mahindra & Mahindra in 1947 and in 1963 he took over as Chairman.
Anand G. Mahindra, Chairman and Managing Director of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. graduated with Honors (Magna cum laude) from Harvard College, Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1977. In 1981, he secured an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts. He returned to India that year and joined Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Ltd (MUSCO), the country’s foremost producer of specialty steels, as Executive Assistant to the Finance Director. In 1989, he was appointed as the President and Deputy Managing Director of the company. Today, the Mahindra Group is a $ 16.2 billion organization and one of India’s top 10 industrial houses. Mahindra has evolved into a socially and environmentally responsible global federation of companies with a leading presence in each sector in which it is present. Anand Mahindra is included in Fortune Magazine’s list of The World’s 50 Greatest Leaders in 2014. Fortune magazine also named him as one of the top 25 most powerful business people in Asia for the year 2011.
Mr. Vineet Nayyar is the Executive Vice Chairman of Tech Mahindra. An accomplished leader, he has led several organizations across industries, creating high performance teams and successful businesses. In a career spanning over 40 years, Vineet has worked with the Government of India, international multilateral agencies and in the corporate sector (both public and private). He started his career with the Indian Administrative Service and held a series of senior positions, including that of a District Magistrate, Secretary - Agriculture & Rural Development for the Government of Haryana and Director, Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India. Vineet was also the founding Chairman and Managing Director of the state-owned Gas Authority of India and has served as the Managing Director of HCL Corporation Ltd., and as the Vice Chairman of HCL Technologies Ltd. He was also a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of HCL Perot Systems. He received a master’s degree in development economics from Williams College, Massachusetts.Vineet was awarded the Ernst and Young ‘Entrepreneur of the year [Manager]’ for the year 2013.
Ulhas N. Yargop is a Director of the Company. Ulhas joined the Mahindra & Mahindra Group in 1992 as General Manager - Corporate Planning. In 1994, Ulhas was appointed General Manager, Mahindra-Ford Project. Since 1999, Ulhas has been the President for Telecom and Software Sector and a member of the Group Management Board.He holds a B.Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School.

A leader with vision, skill and accomplishment, Loveleen has worked with governments, institutions and organizations, in important roles that involved high stakes, large budgets and diverse teams. She brings in over three decades of planning and administrative experience, from a number of senior roles that she played in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).She has expertise in the areas of child education, child nutrition and child protection, and has worked for more than a decade in social sector ministries and departments. Loveleen took over the reins of Tech Mahindra Foundation as the Chief Executive Officer in 2012 at a crucial moment of time, when Tech Mahindra was undergoing a major transformation and expansion. In less than three years, Loveleen transformed the Foundation's work. With her vision for an educated and skilled India, Loveleen redefined the Foundation's CSR policy and repositioned its work into two key areas – education and employability. Loveleen is an accomplished writer with numerous publications in child welfare, art and culture to her credit.
